Yes, that is me in that picture. That is an album that I wrote and recorded over a decade ago, and yes, you may think I look like some sort of androgynous, smoky freak...but I LOVED that picture and that record. (namely "Open My Eyes", "Hanging On", "Out of Here" and "West Egg"...the rest is sorta goofy) Somewhere along the way, life got in the way of what I really loved to do. It got shoved into some back room of my mind and completely neglected. And like a severely neglected child, it will creep up on me and haunt me. Whhhhyyy...why don't you pay attention to me???? I generally punch it in the face and go back to what I'm doing.
Why?
Dunno, but methinks it's time to take writing back out of the closet/dungeon, NOT punch it in the face and give it another go.
