Hello Euro

Here is what my husband wears, besides suits.  Khaki's, Pink button downs, navy blazer, fleece vests, loafers.  When he wears the jeans that I bought him seven years ago (he didn't own any) my kids go crazy like it's a party at our house.  So, I was really surprised when he embraced a Euro look on our trip to Capri*.  Yes, those are indeed espadrilles.  I don't know who you are, husband, but you can carry my straw bag any day.  Wearing those aviators and the Vilebrequin swimsuit.  Meow.

Love,
Kristen

*He had to buy everything he's wearing because I forgot to bring his suitcase to the airport.  It feels good to say that.

  1. What is this life where you all are traveling to fantastic places all of the time? My last trip was last October to Lawrence, Kansas. I need to get with your program.

  2. Dum,
How darling does he look! Just being in Capri makes everyone look more sexy. What I could not wrap my ever so tiny head around was how those Italian broads could walk perfectly on those cobble stone roads in 4" jimmy choos. Now, for the real question, did you "forget" his suitcase on purpose?

    Love,
    Katie

  4. Oh, Kristen. I used the tan towel then I forgot I used it. Couple hours later I exfoliated my face and thought "what is all of this disgusting brown crap coming off of my face?" So then I rubbed my face raw because I had all of these awesome theories that I was detoxing. Approx 2 seconds after that, I figured it out. So, brown body skin good, pinkish-white face skin bad. But I will use it again. I just have to write myself a note or something. Jesus.
    Capri!

  5. Emily, I say scrap the tan towel for now, it is full on spray tan season. Exfoliate, do not moisturize or use deodorant, get sprayed. After 8 hours you can gently rinse off, moisturize and enjoy. I will not give up on you. Capri to you!
